Joke of the day : Aircel GPRS service

Today I called Aircel GPRS customer support for a complaint. I can't open any blogs hosted in blogspot.com. I clearly told the exact issue and the issue with thier service. Because I tried all the ways to fix the issue myself if the issue is in my side. But it's clear, the problem with them.
I tried to PING the domain, but it's not even resolved with DNS, that means the blog domains hosted with blogspot.com is not updated in thier DNS service. We can't use other DNS service, because It's mobile GPRS and uses thier own DNS service in server side. So no way to change in DNS setting in our system.
Also everything is fine with other GPRS providers inlcudes BSNL, AIRTEL, etc...
Finally what's the joke is, that what they replied...here is...
1. What's blog and blogspot? They know only Google Search and Gmail services from Google.
2. Everyhting is fine in our side. Contact blogspot.com.
3. We recieved no complaints regarding this issue, it's first time. (try search, you will get thousands of results.) But I called the support 4th time.
4. I told him that "Many peoples are complained about the same issue on forums". But he told that they are lieing...
So I am going to swtich to another service from tomorrow.
